GFC, LLC is owned and based in Indiana. Our founder and president, Frank Cummings, chose to take an early retirement after 31 years of service with the Indiana State Board of Tax Commissioners (now called the Department of Local Government Finance). In 1993, Frank established Government Finance Consultants (GFC) to provide assistance to units of local government in the area of budget preparation and other financial matters. In 2002 Government Finance Consultants became GFC, LLC.  Currently, GFC has over 80 contracts with local governmental units to provide a variety of services.
